I am Julian Stout. I have spent more than twenty years inside businesses that were scaling fast, falling apart, or trying to complete important work while ownership remained fragmented.

I do not arrive with a generic playbook or stop at a recommendation. I establish the current state, turn the goal into an executable plan, coordinate the people doing the work, and keep decisions and dependencies from quietly stalling the project.

My background spans ecommerce, physical products, fulfillment, hospitality, licensed products, and cross-functional operations. I am based in Chicago and work with clients remotely and on-site across the United States.
